County Counsel:

County Counsel has
the power, duty and responsibility of managing all legal matters for
the County and serves as legal advisor to all Departments of the County,
with the exception of the Planning Board. County Counsel provides legal
assistance to the constitutional officers upon their request. County
Counsel also prepares an Agenda for all meetings of the Board of Chosen
Freeholders, and performs other duties as may be assigned from time
to time by the Board. The County Counsel legal staff consists of - County
Counsel; First Deputy County Counsel; Deputy County Counsels and Assistant
County Counsels.
