SUBDIVISION AND SITE PLANS

The Site Plan and Subdivision Section works in conjunction with the County Planning Board to review all site plans and subdivisions submitted for approval. The basic guidelines for review are outlined in the Middlesex County Land Subdivision and Site Plan Resolution. The engineering review covers two aspects, drainage and traffic. The section utilizes the special knowledge and experience of the other sections of the office. This section only consists of one person who calls upon various members of the County Engineer’s Office to assist him as the need arises.
