having any computer or telephone problems should log a problem by accessing
the IT help desk system at http://mcnetserv2/helpdesk
or, for County agencies not directly connected to the network, by e-mailing
techsupport@co.middlesex.nj.us.
Please be ready to provide the following description: name, department,
location, call back number, and a brief yet specific description of
the problem. A ticket will be automatically created and then assigned to
an appropriate IT staff member.
For employees needing
to report a problem in which there is no network/internet connectivity,
a message may be left at 732-745-4444.
If you are looking
to speak with an individual member of the IT department for other business,
please call them at their direct extension.
