Tamarack features two 18-hole golf courses located on Hardenburg Lane in East Brunswick, New Jersey. The East (Gold and Blue) course is a 6,226-yard, par-71 course with five par-3 holes, nine par-4s and four par-5s. The West (Red and White) course is a 7,025-yard, par-72 championship course featuring four par-3 holes, 10 par-4s and four par-5s.

The Meadows at Middlesex is an 18-hole, 6,290 yard, par 70 championship course, located in Plainsboro. It was purchased by the MCIA in early 1999. The Meadows features six par-3 holes, four par-5s and eight par-4s.

The MCIA’s 3,400-yard, family-style golf course in Piscataway, designed by Stephen Kay, opened on October 1, 1999. Raritan Landing, located on county-owned property near the Raritan River in Piscataway, is a par-58 course, consisting of 14 par-3 holes and four par-4 holes, with the longest hole approximately 350 yards in length. The course’s natural features include a pond and two creeks.
