SOLID WASTE PROGRAM

The Solid Waste Program conducts inspections of solid waste and recycling facilities located in Middlesex County, as well as investigating citizen complaints of illegal dumping, hauler violations, and odors emanating from solid waste facilities. The program also enforces new regulations requiring the reporting of solid waste tonnages transported out of county for disposal.
