SPECIAL CHILD HEALTH SERVICES DIVISION

This division provides a comprehensive case management program for children with handicapping or potentially handicapping conditions ages from birth through 21 years, to ensure the provision of appropriate assistance.
Services are provided within the following programs:

• Early Intervention Program
  
• Case Management Services and
  
• The Catastrophic Illness in Children Relief Fund Program
