• Provides maintenance/repair services to various Middlesex County facilities
• Serves as contact with outside vendors for service equipment
• Provides janitorial services to Middlesex County locations
• Orders material/goods in conjunction with maintenance/repair services
• Performs construction projects throughout County
• Planning and specifications of interior furnishings
• Repair of office equipment (fax, copier, printers/not on contract)
• Assists in the developing of budgets for interior projects
• Supervising of department moves including bids and inventory of surplus
