for government departments that can not be housed in the County Administration
Building.
- Negotiation
of Leases
- Processing of
payments necessitated by lease obligations
- Assure proper
compliance by landlords of leased properties
- Soliciting for
and selecting appraisers for County projects through the request for
proposal process.
- The procurement
of land and easements necessary for County projects.
- Interact with
Engineering Department and County Counsel on land acquisitions.
