The Middlesex County Real Estate Department is responsible for locating proper facilities for government departments that can not be housed in the County Administration Building.

  1. Negotiation of Leases
  2. Processing of payments necessitated by lease obligations
  3. Assure proper compliance by landlords of leased properties
  4. Soliciting for and selecting appraisers for County projects through the request for proposal process.
  5. The procurement of land and easements necessary for County projects.
  6. Interact with Engineering Department and County Counsel on land acquisitions.
